Genki Sushi

Restaurant TI | Seattle, WA

The first location in the continental United States for Japan-based Genki Sushi, the goal was to create a simple and understated, but comfortable dining experience. Serving both lunch and dinner, the space was divided into the kaiten (conveyor belt) and main dining area and a sake bar.

Responsibilities included participation in the feasibility study, creation of permit sets, and coordinating with city officials during the permitting process.
